Acuity LLC is a contract design firm located in Portsmouth, NH, USA, and Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay engaging in mechanical design, documentation, and fabrication. Our primary software is SolidWorks. For over 45 years, we have been involved in a variety of projects with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (Medical), IBM (Federal Systems), Hughes Training, STS Aerospace, Executone, Harney Hardware, Headwall Photonics, Innovations in Optics, and Philips (Medical).
Our turnkey prototype services include machining, sheet metal fabrication, plating/painting, and assembly. We also have overseas sources for providing affordable injection-molded plastics, die castings, and tooling. Other services include checking and tolerance analyses.
